5 Things You Need To Know

June 26th is the 177th day of the year. There are 190 days remaining until the end of the year.

The Chatham Concert Band is back in Tecumseh Park tonight!

Every Wednesday at 7:30 during the Summer bring your lawn chair and relax in the park with the Concert Band for a free show.

Thinking about going to a Jays game over the long weekend?

Until 9 tonight tickets will be as low as $15.20 to celebrate Canada’s 152nd Birthday!

The Jays play the Kansas City Royals Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Canada Day Monday.

Amazon just announced this year’s Prime Day will be two days, Monday, July 15th and Tuesday, July 16th.

Amazon Prime Day is like Black Friday, but for Amazon Prime customers. Over 100 million items are expected to be purchased during the big sale.

Prime Day will offer over 1 million deals, but some good ones can already be had right now.

There are only 14 U.S states where it’s totally legal for a kid to run a lemonade stand without a permit.

Lots of kids have even wound up getting tickets or fines from local governments in the other 36 states. Since that’s ridiculous, last year, Country Time Lemonade offered to help kids pay permit fees and fines on their lemonade stands.

And they’re doing it again this summer; you can get up to $300 if ‘The Man’ cracks down on your lemonade stand.

The mansion from The Beverly Hillbillies is for sale.

It was listed in October for $245 million, but the price just dropped by $50 million to a mere $195 million. It’s still the most expensive home for sale in the entire U.S.

It’s an 11-bedroom, 18-bathroom house on 10.4 acres, it has a 40-car garage, tennis court, a 12,000-bottle wine cellar. And of course has a cement pond.
